Hi there,
You need someone who can take on whatever comes up across multiple projects — not a specialist who only touches one corner of the stack. That’s the work I’m built for.
I’m technology-agnostic by habit. I’ve shipped full-stack apps in Ruby on Rails and Hotwire, Python/Django, and React/TypeScript, deployed on AWS — so I adapt to your stack instead of asking you to adapt to mine. When a random task lands, I pick up the tool it needs and get it done.
A few things that map to “knowledgeable and willing”:
- Range: I’ve built and deployed real apps end-to-end solo — front end, back end, database, infra, and ops (Aqualytix, a water-monitoring platform; Kuryente Watch, a live community app at infanta.kuryentewatch.app).
- Speed under ambiguity: I work in short loops — prototype, deploy, get your feedback, repeat — so you see progress every few days, not after a month of silence.
- Easy to work with: I explain trade-offs in plain language so you can make the call quickly.
For ongoing, unpredictable work, the real test is reliability. Start me on one small task this week — anything that’s been sitting on your list — and judge me on how it goes before committing to more.
What’s the first thing you’d want off your plate?
Best, Joseph
